    For customers who sign up to U Biz 38, 68 and 98 within the promotion period, you will enjoy this Promotion automatically without any other action required.
  • How do I check my Promotion status?
    For Corporate Individual (CI), you may check your usage details via MyUMobile app, go to [View All Usage Details] and you will see your Ultra Hotspot 5G status. For Corporate Company (CC), you may dial *118*7*4# to check daily data usage and balance.
  • Am I on e-billing service upon signing up for U Biz 38/68/98?
    Yes, you will be automatically subscribed to e-billing upon signing up to U Biz 38, 68 or 98 which is free-of-charge. If you intend to change to a physical bill subscription, you can do so and will be charged monthly. The monthly fee for Itemized bill is RM8, and the monthly fee for Non-itemized bill is RM5.
  • Can I use my monthly bundled minutes and data when I roam?

    No, they do not.

    U Biz Share 128 is a Postpaid mobile plan that comes with up to 4 shareable lines for the price of RM128. This plan comes with: 1,000GB 5G/4G Data shareable across all 4 lines Unlimited Local Calls Free 15GB Global Roaming in 63 Destinations (shareable across all 4 lines) Free Incoming Calls from abroad in 63 destinations
  • Who can sign up for U Biz Share 128?
    All Malaysians and foreigners aged 18 and above can sign up for the U Biz Share 128 plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins, Prepaid-to-Postpaid conversion and rate plan changes. Non-Malaysian citizens are required to pay a refundable deposit of RM500 per customer. U Mobile may, from time to time, change the deposit amount at our absolute discretion.
  • I am an existing customer with a device contract. Can I subscribe to U Biz Share 128?
    Yes, you can sign up for U Biz Share 128 and your existing device contract will be carried over to the U Biz Share 128 plan.
  • What are the U Premium and U Platinum plans?
    The U Premium and U Platinum plans are Postpaid Voice & Data Plans designed to meet the needs of Enterprise customers.
